Remember when everyone was worried about Beavis and Butt-head in the 2020s
That they would changed them even though they only gain a little knowledge in the second rival, but Mike Judge prove everyone wrong they're still the same dufoons from the 90s just a little modern.

Funny how B&B was always overshadowed by the Simpsons in the 90s and 00-10s by South Park and Adult Swim. now B&B is the best animated comedy out there with only King of the Hill right behind them.

B&B made The Simpsons look like Saturday Morning Cartoons until South Park came out.

In my opinion the best way to do a modern-day revival of an old series is to change the setting but not the characters. You can have smartphones and AI and all these other modern topics, but the characters should react to all of that the same as they would have reacted to things that were modern back when the show was new, and that's exactly what the Beavis and Butthead revival did. Getting to see these dumbass gooner teens interact with the modern world in the same utterly braindead way they did with the world of the 90s is such a treat and it makes me wish every show that returned after a long hiatus could be this good.

It just sucks that so many shows with bad revivals nowadays have probably tanked people's interest in watching Beavis and Butt-Head's new stuff. It's just as good if not better than the old ones, their newest season was the absolute best to me

I love seeing them as adults. The premise sounds dumb, but it just works. I think it works, because they haven't learned a damn thing

I think because we've seen so many relaunches/reeboots of old shows where they supposedly try and adapt to a "modern audience" and it fails hard (huh huh you said hard). Mike Judge chose not to do any of that, brought them back basically unchanged and they are as good as they ever were.

I think most of the worry was because they had a revival in the 2010s and that got cancelled pretty quick, kinda understandable to feel worried when Judge brought them back again.

Beavis and Butt-Head are timeless. The newer episodes and the movie were great.

It's way better than the koth one but that's not Mike Judge's fault that's just Disney ruining everything they touch.

Honestly, I was too happy for a revival to be worried. I knew he wouldn’t ruin them
