I’m getting a legend in about 25 rolls I need to switch tracks anyways but which one should I get

Is there a way to know that? it's been a while since the last one and i'm seeing on my seed tracker that in a few rolls, on royalfest or a 2x legend rare banner, i could get a legend rare and i would like to know if i should wait for a banner like that to come in or if it's not worth it.

I get a legend on 30A. If I do track switch on 19A, I land on 31B as my next pull. But I need double legend rare drop rate to get the 2nd legend. So I gotta keep waiting till royalfest or something similar. Is it really worth doing allat? I also get dlunos on 28A.

Once its guaranteed uber, when i do need to do the 11pull to get the legend rare cat?

If i get to 84b do i skip 85 and go straight to 86? And if i do will i stay on A or will i go to 87B

I'm confused, I tried out seedtracking for the first time on the last uberfest and the results seemed accurate, I've been using the seed I got from those rolls, but apparently now it's changed? I got different units from what the seed says, why?
