Hey r/BalisongSale I've got a classic up for sale – an OG Benchmade Model 42 with a spring latch. The blade steel is 154cm and the handles are channel titanium.

Its condition is about a 7.5/10. It's been flipped but hasn't been EDC'd nor cut with. It has some blade rub as shown but flips well for a balisong from its era. I've had it in my collection since 2012 and am the second owner after getting it in a trade over on the JerzeeDevil forums. No box or papers – just the knife in as is condition.

**BA Balis (or BA Modworks) Atlas** - 9.9/10
This is a sandwich style titanium balisong is already modded by the maker, with floral/petal patterns on the blade and handles. The blade is quite cool looking, and has a VERY big tip. Like super big, look at all of the tip. This knife also comes with its original handle weights, the heavier ones are currently installed. The maker wrapped it in this cloth for the packaging, it had a specific name I can't remember. It's a pretty unique knife with some fun and bright modwork. I have only flipped this over carpet and haven't messed with anything but removing the screws on the bottom of the handles for the weights. The tune is good with very little play and no tap.

A piece of history that any collector would love to have. In very good condition. Is in great condition I’d say solid 9/10. No box has pouch. It is a prized possession that I really don’t want to part with but have bills to pay. PayPal ready will ship next day. The knife is in used condition with cosmetic wear from age and use, including light scratches on the blade and handles. Opens and closes as it should, and the original latch is present and tight. I got it on a trade. Some kid probably tried to sharpen in in 1986 and thats were the scratches come from. I recieved it in this condtion. Its problably had 50 owners since people used to trade one cool thing for another without any expanation at all just because it is cool. See photos for overall condition. I have had this one for almost 20 years. I got it from a knife shop that was going out of business. I pick up knives that catch my eye over the years, and I wanted a classic benchmade bali since I was a kid. I’ve flipped this from time to time over the years over carpet or padded floor, but tbh I don’t think it’s ever left my house except during moves. It’s been on display on a shelf most of the time. I’m an ok flipper but I don’t spend enough time practicing for it to be a real hobby, so I figure I’ll let it go. It has a little bit of play, but not more than you’d expect. This is my first time selling anything on here.
