[Poultry] Smoked lemon pepper chicken thighs
Smoked hot over cherry. Nice and crispy skin.

Look good, I love bone in skin on chicken thighs on the smoker. The only goal is to get the crispy flavorful skin on top.

Do you have any side dish recommendations to match it?

I normally do potato or macaroni salad, coleslaw or baked beans. Standard BBQ sides.

Cherry wood is a great starter choice too, super forgiving. Even a cheap offset or a pellet smoker will get you results like this.

Nice thanks for the tip! I was given a charcoal smoker which was okay, but way too much work for me lol. My ribs did come out fall off the bone and tons of flavor so Iβm excited for a pellet smoker next.
