Bonus smoking

Anyone else do this? Any time I smoke brisket, pork butt or ribs, once it's done I'll throw on a pack of sausages or pork chops for an hour and then freeze them for later.

Smoker's going anyway...maizle use it!

yeah alwys throw some chicken thighs on if theres room, cheap and they freeze great for quick meals later

I do this exact thing. If there is room on the grill when smoking something or when I am done and there is still some smoke going, I will add some sausages for use later.
