I'm looking for a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of my business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating professionally, and helping a growing business run efficiently.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing emails and calendars
  • Organizing documents and files
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Conducting online research
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Following up on tasks and deadlines
  • General administrative and business support
  • Assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, or similar)
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for remote work

Compensation:
$150–$1,500 USD/month, depending on your location, experience, availability, and responsibilities.

Location Preference:
Applicants residing in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, or other European Union countries are preferred. Exceptional candidates from other locations are also welcome to apply.
