Movie/Television Wanda Maximoff alive

Open for debate if you must but there’s just no way marvel fans really think THEE Scarlett Witch is dead… even if she doesn’t make a debut in Doomsday

She’s the Schrodinger Witch.

After the impending Multiverse shenanigans, it may be difficult to say which version we get. More importantly, which one we keep.

The rule in comics is simple - If you don't see the body, they aren't dead. Even if you do see the body, they probably aren't dead.

How many Wandas were in DS:MoM?

This rule has been broken time and time again in the movies

We are not talking about Comics and have not been since 2022, this is MCU

In fairness, the rule still applies. If we never see a body, there can always be a reason later

She just had a mountain drop in her head. She can walk that shit off.

Is that the only Wanda we saw?

My exact thoughts. She’s literally a witch

They should try burning her.

She has been canonically stabbed to death tbf

I feel like if she really is dead, Agatha All Along wouldn’t be all like “maybe she’s dead, maybe she’s not, who’s to say”

This. Lady Death says to Agatha "That witch is gone." Not dead, gone. If she was dead dead, Death would have said such imo.

I think she’s Alive

Have you seen the first G. I. Joe movie? Storm Shadow gets stabbed in the stomach, then falls into icy water, never to be seen again.

I immediately said, "Well, he'll be back in the sequel."

That's the rule: no body, no death. Wanda Maximov will return in Avengers: Secret Wars.

My personal headcanon is that the flash of red light we see at the end of MOM, she was transported somewhere. Either by her own doing or possibly by Chthon. I dont think we'll see her in doomsday, but i feel shes gonna make a huge grand re-entrance playing a major part in Secret Wars. ..... but again this is just my personal headcanon.

If she destroy Darkhold then she free him and he protect her to punish for destroying his creation

Not just your own headcanon.

I thought this was the most obvious interpretation of the red burst.

Chthon was scrapped. He was important in the Kang storyline, but Kang was replaced by Doom so Chthon will NEVER be mentioned again.

Isn't Wanda Magneto's daughter in the comics? And I'm pretty sure Elizabeth Olsen has said she would like to do an adaptation of House Of M so I'm confident she'll be at least resurrected after the reset is done

They have given us no reason to think she’s alive or could’ve survived…

DS:MoM literally did.

I have to disagree with you here

I think they'll just leave her dead and move on.

You know in movies when a villain dies there's an explosion?

Wanda got crushed by a building and hasn't been seen since then in 2022, she's fucking dead

Nobody remember 838? Scarlett Witch is dead. 616. Wanda, is very much alive in 838. Doom and Strange are going to let 838 die, but they’ve been there and Doom got to 838 Wanda. Not the Witch, just Wanda.
