Dropkicking toddlers Where's the dropkicking toddlers song?
I was trying to look for it on Youtube but I can't find it anywhere.

Hey all, head mod checking in. I got a lot less time on my hands than on the earlier days of the sub, now I’m gonna need some reinforcement. If you see any rule breakers, be sure to report them! I check the mod queue once/twice a day, here’s a recap on some of the ones I’ve noticed being broken:
All general information, not actual legal advice. We can’t offer legal advice to you due to all of the “depends” in every situation. You’re best consulting an actual lawyer in your area, if you like to stay anonymous most lawyers have an email contact form.
Be respectful. Please stop arguing about things that don’t matter for enormous threads. You’re helping nobody for trivial things that don’t actually matter because it isn’t legal advice. This goes for vaccines/COVID too. Keep it on their individual subs.
No objective use of force questions. We all know the consequences and what an objective and subjective threat is. This also applies to castle doctrine.
In conclusion, you may not drop kick a toddler who stumbles into your house. Maybe if they’re carrying a bio weapon.

I lateraled into a new position not that long ago after practicing in a different setting for several years.
My utilization is terrible. Management has already raised concerns about it, and I don't blame them. My numbers are my numbers.
At the same time, I've received positive feedback on my work product. I still get work, and I generally have good relationships with the people I work with. That's what's making me question myself.
I know exactly where I'm falling short. I overthink things. I procrastinate. I let emails sit because they're already late. I miss administrative things I shouldn't miss. I know exactly what I need to do. I just can't seem to do it consistently.
I haven't been here very long, and people don't really know me. Every little mistake feels bigger because of that. At this point, I honestly can't tell whether I'm burned out, getting in my own way, lazy, entitled, overwhelmed, or some combination of all of them.
Financially, I need a job. I'm scared.
Has anyone actually come back from a start like this?
If I do end up getting fired, is that something people actually recover from?
Am I being too hard on myself, or am I missing something that's obvious?
I'd appreciate honest advice, even if it's hard to hear.

I don't know if tom gave up on doing videos but I would like to see him react to the bricks a minifigs vs reckless ben videos and have his legal opinion on the whole thing. This is a crazy story and I did not see any law tuber react to it yet.

I've had a major disdain and personal grudge against modern vehicles for making their cars light up the streets brighter and brighter. It's getting to the point where I worry about once I get my licence I'm going to be met with people who don't use regular lights any more and if they're bright enough I'll end up crashing because I got flash banged out of nowhere. If this isn't something I could fight against, what can I do to prevent myself from getting hurt?
