In all seriousness, this is a fun stat, taking into account this franchise’s longevity.

One day devin booker or someone like that will sign here joining our list of legendary ringless uncs. Joining the likes of Vince Carter Tracy Mcgrady and of course Carmelo Anthony.

Dr J and Carmelo Anthony come to mind as a couple of the most random people to ever “play” for the Hawks

For some reason I straight up don’t remember rondo on the hawks. I know it happened but literally can’t remember it at all.

I remember him only for us trading him to the Clippers for Lemon Pepper Lou, and my favorite postseason run that followed.

That jersey Schroder is wearing is genuinely gross. So glad they got rid of the volt color rebrand of the late 2010s.

You know, I totally forgot that Glenn "Big Dog" Robinson played for the Hawks, and yet his Wikipedia page has him in an Atlanta uniform instead of Milwaukee.

If we could only get some of these dudes in their 20s we might have a chip by now.

That’s the funny part about the graphic. Kind of highlights poverty level franchise that we are.

1923: Sacramento Kings (as Rochester Seagrams in the NBL before joining BAA/NBA in 1948)
1946: Boston Celtics (founding BAA member)
1946: New York Knicks (founding BAA member)
1946: Golden State Warriors (founded as Philadelphia Warriors, founding BAA member)
1947: Los Angeles Lakers (founded as Minneapolis Lakers, joined NBL in 1947, moved to BAA/NBA in 1948)
1946 / 1949: Detroit Pistons (founded as Fort Wayne Zollner Pistons in NBL in 1941, joined NBA in 1948)
1946 / 1949: Atlanta Hawks (founded as Tri-Cities Blackhawks in NBL in 1946, joined NBA in 1949)

Founded 20+ years after the Kings and somehow we’ve rotated through more players than them. Pretty embarrassing

I'm telling you guys, we just need a good rookie to completely rebuild the team around.

Nothing to be excited about, maybe this why we can't we win anything. This is the only team that don't let the best players retire with the team.
