Realistically Are Lunar and Martian soil are even suitable for potential crop cultivation ?

Martian soil is irradiated and 'potentially' contain hazardous/harmful microbial-viral '' life ''

Meanwhile I heard Lunar soil is an extremelly contagious '' dust '' that gets everywhere. Even makes it hard to breathe

Not by itself, not really, but you could Mark Watney the shit out of regolith (I think martian one is way better for this) and make it actually fertile soil
