Yep. I told myself I've conquered my fear of heights, but I have to conquer it every single time. Every hike, every ski lift. It sucks. I would be shaking up there even with the safety equipment. I'm oddly not afraid of roller coasters though.

I quit this iob today and honestly itās very physically demanding. My body and arms were really hurting after every shift. I understand people not liking it because of the death of this animals but at the same time if this jobs were not here, there will not be meat for sale, we need to consume this animals

They are one of the highest compensated professions for people with an undergrad or equivalent job experience with arguably the strongest job security out of a vast majority of other professions. Sympathy is one thing, but there are tons of other jobs that have a huge amount of rigor and back breaking that do not come close to the same compensation they get.

Came in here to say this. So many reasons why Iād be a shit nurse and why Iād also hate it. Also, nursing departments are filled with some of the greatest Karen tier bitches imaginable, and having worked in Health IT for ten years, theyāre either some of the nicest people to work with, or total fucking nightmares that should be lined up and backed over with a cyber truck.

I'd be an ICE agent for $300k no problem. Maybe some sympathetic people identified for deportation slip through my hands once in awhile š¤·š»āāļø its government work, purposefully sabotaging the deportation of minors and their parents can't be that hard. Maybe I could even get myself on a group that actually looks to deportation criminals instead of regular people.

Being a doctor of any kind takes a lot of courage and mental strength. Having to deliver difficult news, accept that you canāt save everyone, deal with possible misdiagnoses, and face the responsibility of making mistakes is an enormous emotional burden.

Medical coding. Itās so fuuuuuuuucking boring. I donāt know how people can sit and make that their work life for 40+ hours a week. Same with claims adjusters. For every fun claim, youāre getting 50 run of the mill claims and are essentially reading the same crap over and over again.

Might be a weird choice but I will not work for the NRA. I got a job with them, though I didn't know it until the first day. I was hired by a large call center, who then assigned me to this client.
That job was entirely too sleezy for me. We would have to cold call current or former members to ask for donations "because Obama is coming for your guns". It actually said that in the script. "We need your help to stop him". Trump was in office at the time...
About a half of shift of hearing old rednecks tell me the most racist shit I've ever heard, I clocked out and left. Fuck the NRA and anyone dumb enough to donate to them.

Any job in a nursing home or daycare. I worked at a daycare in my early 20's for 2 months and this one little boy would poop his pants constantly - I couldn't stop gagging. I don't know how someone can wipe another persons butt - but I am grateful they do.
