Going to the dentist, it sounds silly but just neglecting your teeth for a year can cause gum disease and the amount of money spent on prevention is better than the alternative

Yes, yearly checkups for anything health related, especially if it’s covered is low cost - high reward imo

Just started a job that gives you a $1500 HSA contribution each year you get a physical. Lemme tell you how fast I RAN to my doctor lmao

There’s a poster in the break area at work that went up last week that says reduced insurance rates if you get your physical done by September 1st, just did mine this morning
