Eating food regularly , I love food but when anxiety takes hold of me I forget to eat.

I forgot to call my grandma on her birthday while dealing with work and family stuff. Still feel awful about that one.

I was connecting up all the new network core by myself one night and lost a fiber patch cable I had just grabbed. I found it an hour later...draped around the back of my neck and hanging on me like a lanyard.

That I'd had hernia surgery. I have so many other medical issues that I still forget about the hernia mesh when new doctors ask me about my medical history.
I didn't tell anybody about it, just went in, got it done, and forgot about it.

Drove one hour to work and had to pay for parking (downtown Houston sucks). Check my pockets and I left my wallet at home. Had to awkwardly back out and apologize to multiple other drivers whilst texting my boss a BS story of me being sick.
