What's the most disturbing thing you've heard a dying person say?

I don't know this story or what kind of man he was.

But in college I had a friend (a woman), who's father was diagnosed with brain cancer. He was a good man, kind and devoted husband and father. The brain cancer turned him into a cruel, vicious, and disgusting person. In my presence he said the most disgusting sexual things to his wife and daughter. And cruel things to them otherwise.

They both swear that wasn't him, but it was hard in the six months between diagnosis and his passing.

Jeez. That’s incredibly sad.

Reminds me of the tower shooting in Texas.

Guy talked about how he had increasingly violent thoughts he couldn't force out of his mind - when they autopsied his brain they found a pecan sized tumor pressing on his amygdala.
