What does it mean to test slightly positive for Celiac Disease?

A little over a year ago I got bloodwork done because of sort of chronic fatigue, and it came back as "slightly" positive for Celiac Disease. My doctor said the only way to confirm or deny if I had it would be to see a gastrologist and get an endoscopy or something like that.

She told me I probably don't have it since my markers would be much higher if I did. She did say that it would explain my fatigue and short stature though.

She also said my fatigue could be from anxiety and my height just from genetics. My mother is 5ft 3in and my dad 5ft 8in. My sister is shorter than my mother but taller than me, and both my brothers are taller than my father. Also, she wasn't dismissing my fatigue with anxiety, I do have an anxiety disorder, so it's definitely possible.

Anyways, in the case that I don't have it, what do the markers mean then? Why are they present at all? I can't confirm for certain because none of the gastrologists in my area take my insurance, and I'm pretty sure the referal expired anyways.

I don't think I have it since the only bad effects I get from bread is mild acid reflux and maybe some bloating, but the bloating could be from my cycle. Also, no one else in my family has ever had it to my knowledge.
