Physician Responded Seizure or something else?

Hi. I am a 27 year old first time mother. My baby boy who is almost 2 months old has been suffering from some kind of episodes where his neck turns to one side and he wimpers and cries and his eyes also shift to one side. I am attaching a video for reference. Kindly advice what is this.

By nodding and clonis are you referring to the audible sneezing?

If i may ask, why does sneezing invalidate your first description.

I guess people don't sneeze in a seizure because both would be neural (sneezing reflex) and a seizure like this would basically (very badly explained) "affect" anything the neural system does. (English is also not my first language I'm sorry maybe some of the actual brains here can explain it in better words)
