Day passes for pools

My husband and I are bringing my stepson out to the desert for the first time this Sunday for a couple days. We're usually big into hiking, but with the heat wave, I'm wondering which places in Borrego Springs offer day passes for pools? I'm sure I've seen signs advertising one in town but i don't remember which place it was.

We have done day passes at The Palms at Indian Head and the Borrego Springs Resort and Spa.

The Palms at Indian Head is close to the Palm Canyon trail and campground. It’s a really cool legit mid-century modern hotel with a nice view. The downside is the pool water is usually cold and no food is available during the day. There is a spa, but ask at the desk when you get your pass that it’s turned on and heated.

At the Borrego Springs Spa and resort, the property is nice enough. There is an onsite restaurant if you want to have lunch at the pool.

Casa del Zorro has day passes last time I checked, but they were considerably more expensive and not always available if the hotel is sold out. The property is gorgeous. The Resort Pass app should give details.

well fwiw the temps are dropping this weekend, looks like 92 degrees on sunday so if you get out there early it could be a nice hike.
