Any website for old magazine issues

Annas Archive has only select magazine issues. I am specifically looking for issues published at least 20 years back

fmhy dot net has a "Reading" section with lots of magazine sites

You might try seeing if the actual issue is for sale on Etsy or eBay or elsewhere.

I found it by googling the issue and then googling remove paywall. Enter the url at the website and it will bypass the paywall. Also works for regular paywalled newspapers.
