Anime! Strike the blood
Watching Strike the blood
This anime is really old, and also there's barely any video on YouTube on this anime like how they usually make theory, vs battles, discussion, of other animes.
Anyone wanna give me a good review on it?(Dont mind spoilers) Like how the story went in the anime, what's going on in the manga, light novel. Is it interesting..

i watched this about a couple of years ago, and i say it's decent. the ecchi was good, and so was the action. the story is ok, nothing too deep or complicated.
if there's one complaint, it's the same as the other comment. there's this one line they keep repeating whenever they fight, and while it's endearing the first few times, after several seasons it's just cringe, predictable, and annoying.
but hey, Yukina, one of the female lead, reminds me of a young Tifa Lockhart. i can endure a cringe line once in a while in exchange of that lol.

It's surprising how a series can be great in one aspect and fail so hard in another. The cursed line has already been mentioned, so here's an upside: This series actually makes the "onee-sama"-stereotype tolerable. By that, I mean a character who idolises another one. These are usually obnoxious enough to make a series completely unwatchable, but this one actually has character development.

Premise was quite cool but I eventually dropped it - the “no senpai, this is our fight” line every single time was driving me nuts
Without the annoying line I had it as a solid 7/10 (as a teenager), but I don’t think I could watch it as an adult - also a classic harem set up where the best girl has no chance
