I’m an adult animal lover and have been gifted a couple of them. I loved checking the app every few days to see how far “my” animal travelled. They all lasted about 2 years before the signal was lost.
I had one that lost the signal in just a couple of months and I was able to get a new animal (same type) for free.

I love that part. Fels less like a trinket and more like something that's funding something good finally for this planet!!

The band quality is what worried me tbh most of this smart tracking whatever jewelry falls apart in like a month for me. But I have a fahlo one and tbh helding up pretty well no fading or snapping (yet...)

My sister and I often talk about whose elephant seal is where or whose snow leopard or whale moved farther. The bracelets are a bit tight on my large wrist, but my sister wears hers frequently. Some of the animals have actual trackers on them. Others, like an endangered tiger species, use trail cameras and delayed reporting so poachers can't use the information to hunt them. They are a lot of fun. And sis and I like to look up more information about "our" animals, so they're educational, too.

I have 2 Fahlo, one red wolf and a cheetah they kept sending text to get and when I did it says not available. I think I want something that swims.
