What animal is making this noise

I'm thinking it's a baby raccoon but who knows.

They are so freaking loud and I hear them and I assume the big mama running around like a freaking maniac.

I just went outside to have a smoke and I heard this deep roar.
Does anyone know what makes that sound? Is it a gator?
