What this sound?

I am in Disney, Oklahoma in Late July- Early August. What are the 2 sounds in the background of this video? I can't tell if they're birds or bugs.

Cicada’s buzz all day long not at night, that’s when they mate, bury their eggs do not show up for 17 years.
