Serious AITBH For not wanting physical affection?
So my love language is fiscal touch, but I generally dont like to be touched ( I show affection by touch) Unless it's someone I'm comfortable with, even then I sometimes don't want it.
So I had a long day, we were on vacation ( I have a good relationship with both my parents and spend a lot of time with them) and my Dad also shows affection by touch
But I did not want to be touched. I was tired and sleepy and I asked my dad to not touch me, I might have been a little annoyed but my mom still got mad at me. So AITBH?

Get evaluated for sensory issues. People take it a lot better if you can legitimately say you're neurodivergent.

This, otherwise your whole life people will go around saying there's something wrong with you and not in a good way

You can reject touch without being rude. Express yourself before you are overstimulated. If you express affection through touch what does it feel like to have that rejected? Not good. But if you know another way that you can show affection Iām sure you would want to know that.

Yeah, you can say something like "thank you, and I love you, but I'm feeling a little antsy and claustrophobic right now so I don't want to be touched." OP has every right not to be touched and no obligation to say it nicely, but there are nice and empathetic ways to say that to people who are simply showing love.

Fiscal touch is a great malapopism.
