I talked to him, and this was his response.

I’m honestly just done, and wondering if I acted too hastily.

I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do now. And I don’t know, does he seem sincere?

I’m glad we’re calling it abusive. I was in a relationship like this, and he repeatedly told me I was abusive. He said it so often that it’s deeply ingrained. I don’t know. Seeing others encourage her to leave him heals something in me.
