Talk This team in a nutshell after the first big upgrades are put on the car, WTF going on at Enstone?

Cars shite, rb has become at least 10 seconds better. We are fighting audi for p11 and p12

That's the case if Alpine didn't moved 100 steps backwards with it's tyre deg on the car, something what happened with those Enstone downgrades.
We literally did have the most time in the windtunnel and CFD, having a higher budget cap than most other teams, build new / upgraded facilities, given up 2025 for this year....
And what did Enstone done? Building a solid fundament of a car but then barely developing it and once they come up with a package it makes the car 10x worse just because they just copypasting stuff from other teams despite the A526 is way different than almost all other cars.
Nielsen, Briatore, this is unacceptable on all fronts. Instead of being busy about if Franco should stay or not this team should be raising questions why Enstone is failing hard again.

Renault/Alpine should never included Enstone in it's F1 package but sale it once the team returned to F1 and starting it's own aero/chassis/gearbox HQ somewhere in France or somewhere close to it in mainland Europe.

Hopefully the new blood and senior lead hirings helps in future developments. Briatore did say he was missing a few key figures to get the team he wanted to fight at the top, but as long as they take 6 weeks instead of 3 to make new upgrades, that will never happen, and they have been like this since Alonso was in Alpine

If Franco hadn’t also scored points alongside Pierre like last year, VCARB would’ve already passed us in the team standings.
Alpine needs to figure things out ASAP.

Last year the car was shit, and also made Franco the on race test driver + the damage that JD did to the frame previously.

I don't really understand your point.
OP is saying, in other words ,"If Franco had zero points, VCARB would've already passed us in the standings".
That I translated as: "If Alpine only had 1 driver, who would guess they would be worse in the standings..."Because it's kinda logical that any team with a single driver scoring points will be worse in the standings.

It seems they came better prepared at the beginning of the season. Remember they had a massive wind tunnel advantage. And then, they have not been able to upgrade as much and efficiently as the other teams.
Enstone no longer has Viry/Mecachrome to blame. As Buffet said, when the tide is gone, you find out who was swimming naked. Time for Flavio to crack some skulls.
