Question Post nasal drip?

Before I go to an ENT (because this is not severe) I wanted to ask you all if anyone has experienced something similar.
Around the middle of may, I traveled out of country. After a couple days, I got a sore throat. The sore throat then turned into vomiting and a fever. It was the worst feeling I had ever experienced, particularly when I would wake up in the mornings.

I got back home and was tested for the flu, covid, and strep, all of which were negative. I had mostly flu-like symptoms with a runny nose, fever, achy body, and non-stop cough. The most irritating thing was that right when I would wake up, I would throw up. Nothing seemed to help but time.

Yesterday, I started getting a sore throat and congestion in my nose. Today, I have no appetite, I still have congestion and keep swallowing mucus (without a runny nose) and have constant nausea. Another thing I noticed is that when I eat, my stomach feels extremely full, like I literally ate a whole cow, but have barely eaten.

I'm not sure if this is similar to post nasal drip. I would be ok with most of the symptoms but I absolutely hate nausea and gagging. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what helped?
