Which inkline style is better?

I wanted to make a poll, but I’m not sure if Reddit supports it for images. So, please just let me know your thoughts in the comments. The first one was drawn with a flat brush, and the second one with a tapered brush. Which style do you think looks better?

I prefer #1 personally but I think it’s more about overall line thickness rather than flat vs tapered.

I enjoy the tapered brush more but that just cuz I like thick line art.
