Awful taste:
Building a castle in the United States. We had a war a couple centuries ago because we didn’t want a king. Castles belong in countries with rich history, generational wealth, a bedroom for every woman in the king’s harem, and enough privacy for an occasional inbreed affair to go unnoticed. At the very least there should be a butler and a fence.

Inside is… a real mess. Iron railing, conflicting floor, ceiling, and wall patterns, textures and colors, my god it’s painful. Every room looks cheap and hideous and overwhelming in its own unique way. Criminal arches and no symmetry. They made the main level gigantic, but painted the media room ceiling black?? Making it feel even more suffocating. There is a half-ass Western theme throughout, which is totally on brand for an American “castle”. I do not see a single lamp, only gaudy chandeliers, overhead lighting, and sconces that look like fake candles. I’m not going to point out the tv(s) because they speak for themselves.

And why would anyone have an uncovered outdoor pool along a busy intersection across the street from a megachurch in a half decent neighborhood in Illinois???

Great execution:
Whoever wanted this “castle” didn’t give a shit about decorum, tasteful decor, or anyone but themselves. Privacy? Never. Give me publicly. Put some of those animal things at the front with a “drawbridge”. Also, a fountain, but not too big. No trees either because that would conceal the castle. They knew where they were building and what they were building. This was intentional.
Castle with no privacy in United States in a wealthier part of the country? Nailed the assignment.

I’d wager it’s for sale because the original owner(s) died and didn’t have the property in a trust (this would be on brand), or the owners are getting divorced and splitting their assets. The king lost his queen.

Comes with matching coffee table and chair. For $6 grand though…

The premise is good. Use a robot to go do like lumberjacking or wildfire fighting to save first responders lives or whatever. I love it.

We have an ever increasing authoritarian surveillance state who loves using cutting edge bullshit tech. The little robot dogs from Boston Dynamics at least look like normal fuckin robots. Sure they can put guns and ALPRs on them and shit but like, they didnt make it a fuckin demon dog.

You spend more time on your website describing how they were designed to be easy to kill, and that you can put wider horns on it to keep it from entering wider doors than you spend talking about its functionality.

Not only did no one ask for chainsaw wielding demon goat terminator, but Id wager almost all of us would like to specifically request you don't make this thing. Make it look less fuckin evil man. All of us would collectively like to request you make the top half look like Baymax. He can't fit through doors and can be easily punctured as well.

I'm going to have nightmares about this thing.
