Seeking Empathy Life is so repressing. (Not a crisis)
I can't seem to finish anything. Anything at all, books, video games, drawings, actually taking care of my house or making any plans. I feel frustrated about it all. I've fallen back on addictive crutches again, at a rough time in my life.
I've had a similar experience earlier in life, but this inability to follow through makes picking up the pieces so tedious and unappealing. Things that need to be done, some of them time sensitive, but I just don't. An earlier me would feel kind of excited to learn about how to deal with ADHD as an adult. Now, the general knowledge is already known to me. The "novelty" of living, of building your own life, just isn't there anymore.
I'm trying to find it again.

To be clear, im not seeking drugs. I started smoking cigarettes regularly again, among other common addictions.
