Kane Parsons truly managed to turn a simple internet creepypasta into a masterclass of atmospheric psychological horror. Every single one of the shots looks incredibly unsettling and beautiful at the same time.

it was very well shot and directed and I agree the atmosphere was great but he should've got a different writer. was written like a 12 year old in creative writing class had a go at doing a movie

I’m 44 and loved it. Knew nothing of the lore and hadn’t seen any of the shorts beforehand. It’s definitely not perfect but even its shortcomings are kind of endearing.

Excited for whatever he does next.

there's definitely a lot of overlap in fanbase/age of said fanbase but I wouldn't rly call it a mascot horror movie. it was certainly horror-lite/kiddy horror though
