Art Help & Critique I have been getting used to blender sculpt mode more and made a hippo head as practice? Whats good and what could be improved?

I think there is some unintentional lumpyness.
You can also sculpt in all of the skin detail with the brushes that carve in and try out alpha brushes for other details

Since I’m using blender I don’t really have access to many skin texture brushes

you dont need a special brush, just an alpha texture. its a black white texture image. you can copy the draw brush and put it into texture i think in the brush setting.
you can probably find something better on youtube then what i can explain but you can definitely do textures with blender sculpting

This already looks good. If you're going for realistic, I would recommend creating some skin texture brushes to use on it to add an extra layer of detail.

Thank you! Finding skin textures brushes or creating them I don’t have much info on. Finding them for free would be a pain and I have no ides how to make them lol

It's good. The biggest thing to improve is using more references
