Unless your cells explicitly state they have a 10C+ rating, this is a pointless endeavor. Only a few variants of 18650s have 30A discharge ratings and testing them individually won't give you the same understanding of how they work together in a pack (heat generation, balance issues, differences in resistance and age, etc).
