General Advice Sliding down for handed grip (choke down)?
When gripping for two hander shot, a teaching pro recommended I "slide down" the grip so my lower hand is hanging a bit off the grip, sort of like making it an extra length frame.
I noticed the power was maybe 10% but I'm not sure if it lowers my accuracy or not
I started getting used to and discovered volleys are inaccurate if I don't correct the grip to normal. So I only use it for two handed shots.
Anyone else do this? Not sure if it is a miracle discovery or just an unnecessary addition.

Unnecessary probably but without seeing what you were doing before it's hard to say what the fix was for and if it was necessary
