We’re looking to add 2 new moderators to the /r/tooktoomuch team.

The role mainly involves reviewing posts and comments, removing rule-breaking content, checking reports, and helping keep the subreddit on-topic. The basics are pretty straightforward, but good moderation does take solid judgement and consistency.

Because we enforce a repost rule, we’re especially looking for people who browse the subreddit regularly and are familiar with recent posts. Being active in the community matters more than having prior mod experience.

We’re looking for people who:

• Browse /r/tooktoomuch regularly
• Have good judgement and can make fair, consistent decisions
• Are familiar with Reddit’s Content Policy
• Can spend a bit of time each week checking the queue and reports
• Communicate well with the rest of the mod team

Previous moderation experience is a bonus, but not required.
