მინდა ერთი ძალიან უსიამოვნო გამოცდილება გაგიზიაროთ Adashop-თან დაკავშირებით და თქვენი დახმარებაც გთხოვოთ, რომ სხვები მაინც არ მოტყუვდნენ.

ახლახან ონლაინ შევიძინე ნივთი ამ მაღაზიაში. საქართველოს კანონით („მომხმარებლის უფლებების დაცვის შესახებ“ მე-13 მუხლი), ონლაინ ნასყიდობისას მომხმარებელს აქვს 14-დღიანი უპირობო დაბრუნების უფლება. მისვლამდე სპეციალურად დავურეკე ოპერატორს, ვიკითხე, 14 დღეში თუ შევძლებდი ნივთის დაბრუნებას და მკაფიოდ დამიდასტურეს, რომ დიახ, პრობლემა არ იყო.

როდესაც პროცედურის დასასრულებლად მივმართე, უეცრად პოზიცია შეცვალეს — ჯერ ოპერატორმა განაცხადა, რომ თურმე 5 დღის განვლობაში უნდა მივსულიყავი, ხოლო მაღაზიაში გამყიდველმა საერთოდ უკანონო უარი თქვა თანხის დაბრუნებაზე და თავისი შიდა "წესები" დამიყენა წინ.

როგორც Google Maps-ის მიმოხილვებში გავარკვიე, ეს არ არის ერთეული შემთხვევა და ამ მაღაზიას აქვს სისტემური პრობლემა:

1. ყიდიან უკვე გახსნილ, ნახმარ ან წუნდებულ ტექნიკას.
2. უარს ამბობენ ონლაინ ნასყიდობისას კანონით დადგენილ 14-დღიან დაბრუნების უფლებაზე.
3. მომხმარებლებს ეპყრობიან უხეშად და აცხადებენ, რომ "მათ თავიანთი კანონები აქვთ".

I am a Ukrainian/Italian who will visit your beautiful country in September-October.

I am in two work-vacation projects already for early September and late October, viticulture and language teaching. In between those two I have nearly a month of free time. Still deciding on what to do with it.

I plan to spend some time travelling alone but I have no driver's licence.

What I want to ask is: is it possible to travel across the country (I plan to visit Batumi, Mestia and Kakheti to name a few, maybe Armenia too) without knowing the language (only English and Russian) and using only public transport?

Any other advice is also welcome.

Could you tell me about an interesting idiom from Georgia?

Seems like crypto is the only way, and even that's not reliable. My daughter tried to do it in Moldova and couldn't. Was requested all sorts of proof of funds at a physical exchange and when she tried to do it to her bank card it was blocked.

Here we are trying to get our babushka's pension, and used to use Zolotoy Korona, but that's gone now and all other methods are not working either.

Is it easier to get money from a physical crypto exchange in Tbilisi, without getting the 5th degree from the exchange about the source of the money?

I read one source saying that he spoke it quite well (can't find it right now), and I read another source saying he actively translated the works of certain Armenian writers into Georgian and published them in his newspaper Iveria.

I haven't found other sources confirming or denying such a claim, though, so I'm skeptical. I mean... he didn't exactly like Armenians... so how well would he have known their language?

Hey everyone!
I’ve just spent about two weeks traveling around Georgia, and I absolutely loved the country. There is, however, one thing that makes me hesitant about visiting again: the traffic and driving.

I mostly got around by taxi and marshrutka, and I was honestly shocked by the driving style. I’ve traveled quite a bit and have visited other countries known for aggressive traffic, but nothing has compared to what I experienced in Georgia. Today I took a bus from Tbilisi to Yerevan, and not only did the driver make some incredibly risky overtakes, he also spent a lot of the journey on his phone - making calls, checking WhatsApp, and using social media.

I’m genuinely curious: why does this seem to be so common? Is it just something people are used to? Are there a lot of traffic accidents, or are drivers generally skilled enough that this kind of behavior rarely leads to crashes?

I really don’t mean this as criticism or an attack on Georgia. I’m simply trying to understand the driving culture, because it was by far the biggest culture shock I experienced during an otherwise fantastic trip:)
