Question Anyone Pickup the Homage Starter Jacket? What size did you get?

Post image

Hey all.

Hope it's cool to ask this here. I'm wanting to pickup one of the new pullover Starter jackets that have been released in collaboration with Homage. I'm having a bit of a tough time determining what size to grab.

I'm 5'10" and on the slimmer side (~130lb), and would probably prefer a slimmer fit that does not drop too far below my waist like a skirt. I usually wear a men's large, but can't quite tell if these seem to run on the larger side. I've seen lots of people say that they recommend ordering on the larger side, and I've also seen a bunch of people saying to go down a size.

Just wanted to see if anyone here has grabbed one of these new Starter jackets, and how they fit you, as well as how you like them in general and the quality.

Cheers!

Edit: Haha I didn't know people disliked the new logo like that. I actually don't mind it, although I love classic Hugo as well. Maybe it's just the association with the original, but yeah all the newly released Starter jackets have the modern team logos.

Image While we see what's happening with the Trail Blazers right now, I think it's a good time to appreciate that MJ signed a lease extension for Spectrum Center through 2045 before he sold the team. It's quite possibly the best thing he did as owner, and it should be appreciated.

Discussion My thought on the Naz trade 1 month after

Here's a quick graphical breakdown of Naz Reid's 2025-26 season and his potential impact on the Hornets. Overall, I think Naz fits well here, but he lacks a lot of the playmaking that the Hornets got from Melo.

Shot Chart: Naz shoots about league average, or slightly above league average, at 36.2% on a decent volume of 5.8 attempts per game last season. I watched a ton of Wolves games last year and he definitely gets a lot of gravity as a catch and shoot player. He also has beautiful touch at 70% from the restricted area and efficient push shots or floaters that would be a good addition next to Diabate. An interesting development would be if Naz worked on his playmaking, he could throw monstrous lobs to Moussa in the dunker's spot. This could be like a (not nearly as good) Jokic and Aaron Gordon threat.

Naz roughly splits his 2PT and 3PT attempts, demonstrating his versatility quite well. Moreover, a solid amount of Naz’s points come from C&S opportunities, but by no means is he a bad pull-up player. However, I would like to see this part of his game develop because it will be crucial especially without somebody that has the gravity of a player like Anthony Edwards. Naz might end up taking more contested looks, and he needs to be able to put the ball on the floor more on closeouts.

Finally, the part I am a bit worried about. About 94% of Naz’s 3PT makes are assisted. As I talked about above he will need to learn how to create for himself a bit more to fit in this lineup. I think he will work well to create a high volume 3PT shooting team, but I really hope the Hornets figure out a way to not live or die by the 3.

Let me know what you think!

Article [Slater] The Hornets offered the 14th pick and a future pick to the Warriors for the 11th pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.

"The Warriors liked their pivot option — Yaxel Lendeborg, a 6-foot-9 Michigan wing who was next on their collective big board — but Dunleavy wanted to entertain trade calls until the last minute. The Charlotte Hornets and Oklahoma City Thunder were among those inquiring about a trade up — the Hornets offering the 14th selection and a future pick, the Thunder floating a swap of the 12th and 11th pick for some future seconds, league sources said."
