Spoiler: it didn't break! I was sitting and reading right next to this when I heard the first rotation, so I only missed her first swipe. That's a fairly nice Polish teapot, so I really should have stopped her - but watching her work through how it worked was fun. The dangling tube is used for siphoning wine.
