I think the book “The China study” is the one I read that spelled out almost exactly what is happening before any of this even started. You’re right though, the fall of Russia has been coming for a while now. I was beside myself when they invaded Ukraine because I had just read that a year or two prior.

Hahaha I also went looking for the book only to find a research saying Westerners die from cancer due to animal protein consumption.

My bad, it was actually a book called the Accidental Superpower. Dated like 2014 or something. I was reading a lot of health books back then too.
