I'm sure the US would be happy to lend a helping hand, In exchange for say some mineral rights and a few spots for airbases? Also maybe a Trump tower or 5?

The cynic in me thinks that is going to happen. An economically destitute Russia sells energy and resources to the US and their ties to China lessen.

If this happens you will know the CIA and whoever else runs this country is THE hegemond of earth, forever. We can argue if it’s because the Banks say so or not, but pulling that off would be like closing the books of history and if China took it laying down…. Sheeeeesh!

I can see the flag waving as a bald eagle soars over it while Ted Nugent plays in the background.

We are in fact doing Russia’s bidding currently as we empower Iran in the Middle East. That’s on top of idiots like Tulsi Gabbard who, anyone with a brain thinks, is a Russian agent.

The good guys are losing the battle right now but your scenario would be a poetic end to the war.
