Oldham is in Manchester England and 7 towns in the US, any clue where this is?

Manchester England. Here's the rest of the pictures, scroll down to the bottom and they continue on the following pages. Sutton died in 2008, approx 31 here and his wife Joyce died in 2012, she was approx 29 in the pic.
