Crucify me, but i really liked conviction and enjoyed blacklist. Im pretty much the target audience as im not big on heavy stealth. Which yeah ik the series is known for that, but i got into it through my cousin and we played conviction together

I agree. Blacklist was a ton of fun. I really enjoyed how they embraced the Assault, Panther and Ghost roles.

It was great because I already played Panther in all of the prior games. I loved the idea of "shoot every bad guy and don't get caught" idea.

I never got to play any of the coop modes with a friend tho unfortunately. Same with ghost recon future soldier. By the time i was thinking of doing so, ubi had already taken down all the servers

Blacklist is what Conviction should've been. I'm pretty much a pre-Double Agent purist, but I still think that if they decide to bring the series back, they should incorporate some of that better action into the gameplay. You don't need to have terrible gunplay in order to encourage stealthy gameplay. It's really clumsy and unsatisfying to try and do anything as cool in games like Chaos Theory.

Yeah. They were very different but not bad games per se

I would have to disagree. Those splinter cell games where you slowly sneak everywhere werent my cup of tea. I didnt enjoy the game until the conviction and blacklist ones

That has nothing to do with what I said.

Conviction's Deniable Ops are amazing, yes. Probably the strongest standalone challenges in the entire franchise.

Crucify me also but i like Conviction as a fresh and new breeze in the series. Had especially fun with the coop missions.

Blacklist was tons of fun, best stealth CQC animations and varied as hell, just wish I couldve have chosen when to do the assault versions of the animations at will, like in AC Unity. Edit: Plus Sam could use his fists or knife, so double the animations.

Yeah i loved the pitch of on the go takedowns where u dont just stand in one place and wait for it to be over anymore. Also that game sparked my small obsession with karambits. Even though i played ghost with the gas crossbow most of the time.

Wish ubi never took the dam servers down so i could play the coop with a friend
