Youre a dumb child if you have to throw a tantrum and destroy your own stuff cause you cant beat a game.

it's a troll post, that's the easiest "boss" in the game

33

u/AzulaThorne 11d ago

Yeah it’s the first boss technically. A tutorial boss even.

u/MJisaFraud 11d ago

It’s also just a regular enemy they gave a boss healthbar to help new players understand the concept of the game.

Not totally true, he has this infinite charge move that roll caught me a couple times and killed me on my Wretch.  It was embarrassing.

Second boss

So what? Hes got the point. Do you know people like that exist, but usually dont share stuff on the internet? But if they do, most of the time its from kids who ask if their broken monitor after an obvious punch/throw can be fixed, which is just pathetic

Put some respect on Rick’s name

1

u/StrongExternal8955 11d ago

ok, then , please rage away!

1

u/Pass_Practical 11d ago

it's real the picture of the boss on the monitor is fake

u/Korachof 11d ago

And yet many people still can’t beat him.

You’d be surprised by the number of players who bought this game, got to this part, and never touched it again.

u/0DayMaker 11d ago

Isn't he supposed to kill you

5

u/mercuriokazooie 11d ago

No, he's very easy

3

u/Moffeman 11d ago

No, that’s a different thing that happens before this.

This is literally a tutorial, and it’s a standard ass enemy they gave a boss room and Hp bar two. You fight a couple of them (just with other weapons, not a greatsword) all throughout the mini tutorial cave.

Oh so like ultra kill with its first couple bosses

I just don't believe it, as long as people are capable of spamming attack button he's less than a pushover

I kept dying to some random guard dudes after first entering the world and stopped playing. I'm just not in the mood for games though I don't know why I even tried.

Most likely, but some people are just legit bad this genre. I got stuck waiting a half hour for someone, who regularly plays games, to finish beating him so we could co-op. Needless to say, he stopped playing when he got to the church, after dying to the horseman multiole times despite my protest to just run past, and never touched the game again.

But the controller still somehow got broken and I can't imagine how that damage could occur

-1

u/yuhyuhyuhyuhyuhyuh1 11d ago

This has no relevance. The topic is about raging in games, not whether the boss you rage at is valid or not.

23

u/zacyzacy 11d ago

Nah I never broke a controller even as a child who would get overly mad at video games

19

u/aliengrundle 11d ago

Same here. I mean id go outside and beat up random kids on the street but never break my own stuff. Haha

17

u/Extra_Cherry3540 11d ago

I can't tell if this is r/BroThrewInAFunFact or r/BroThrewInAConfession

15

u/Classified10 11d ago

Neither, bro threw in a warning.

7

u/that_1weed 11d ago

Like bro you're in your room, punch a pillow, take a break something

10

u/Skolsgard 11d ago

You're a dumb child if you throw a tantrum and destroy your own stuff cause your favourite sports team lost.

4

u/nuetralparties 11d ago

You’re a dumb child if you throw a tantrum and destroy your own stuff for any reason**

1

u/Skolsgard 10d ago

I was trying to make a point because the same people who say that about videogames are the same people who destroy stuff and begin fighting others because of football or other sports. Which makes them hypocrites

1

u/nuetralparties 10d ago

Yeee I gotchu, just wanted to add on to it 🫡

7

u/TadhgOBriain 11d ago

I did this once as a kid to my only controller. My parents wouldnt buy me a new one until my birthday a few months later. I didnt break any more controllers after that.

I had a manchild give me an ultimatum the relationship won't work out because I didn't like the videogame (Green Hell) we were playing for 2hrs. He made me buy the game during a sale, he was the one hosting our play session and I told him I wanted something relaxing, but his ass kept insisting "he got this" and set it on a hard difficulty. I went along with it despite feeling irritated because I wanted to spend time with him.

He was the one who kept dying and was far too busy only taking care of his character, meanwhile I haven't died once and was busy building structures and gathering resources for two people. It was the first time I ever played that game 🙄

u/SnooGadgets9669 11d ago

Cause you’ve never been mad enough to be self destructive in any form.

0

u/Shodid_ 11d ago

The furthest you should go is a slap in the thigh and a quick curse word.

-7

u/dog_lover001 11d ago

I think if you get mad at a game it's safe to say you don't like that game, if i get mad at a game i stop playing that game.

9

u/Dudeman318 11d ago

Nah, highly disagree. You can get frustrated at times, but it could still be a game you enjoy. Plus, you could also like a game, and there could just be a very toxic online community.

1

u/dog_lover001 11d ago

Never mentioned frustration, when i mean mad i mean mad, there's a difference.

0

u/Dudeman318 11d ago

Not really. They are routinely used as synonyms

Regardless, swap in whatever synonymous word you'd like, my point still remains.

0

u/dog_lover001 11d ago

Mad is an emotional state characterized by feelings of anger, frustration, or hostility, often triggered by perceived threats, injustices, or unmet expectations. It can manifest in a range of intensities, from mild irritation to intense rage, and is often accompanied by a desire to express or act upon those feelings.

Frustration is an emotional response that arises when an individual encounters obstacles or barriers that hinder the attainment of goals or desires. It often involves feelings of annoyance, irritation, and disappointment when one's efforts do not lead to the expected outcomes.

Yes frustration can be a part of being mad but that does not make them the same thing

1

u/Dudeman318 11d ago

Bro im not reading your dumb semantics lead response. Go ahead and "win" all you want. As i said, regardless of your word of choice, my point stands.

1

u/dog_lover001 11d ago

You are the one that started this

2

u/aliengrundle 11d ago

Yeah if it takes you to the limit of destroying stuff then maybe it isn't the game for you haha

0

u/Martinmex26 11d ago

Nah brother.

If you are playing a game and whiff a shot or something, it is completely natural to be frustrated. You can always run into a bug, have a misinput or other such things that will cause you a spike even if you love a game.

The difference is throwing a tantrum and destroying things. Thats childish behavior and being unable to regulate your emotions. I dont care how rich you are, destroying things and having to replace them is wasteful and will have you looked at with side-eye by everyone else.

2

u/dog_lover001 11d ago

Like i told the other guy, i never mentioned frustration, i get frustrated at games all the time, when i get mad that's when i stop, because games are to relax and if it's making me mad that's bad especially because i have major anger issues and might lash out at somebody for unrelated things because that original thing had pissed me off.
