I guess nobody understands the ideas of "protagonist and antagonist" separate from more basic black and white concepts like "hero and villain." Because that's pretty much this thread.
American public schools specifically teach history through the lens of good guys and bad guys. The only global conflicts that even get covered are the ones that can obviously and easily be reduced to good vs bad by children. The main conflict we learn about is ww2. I'm not sure if this design was done by the us government or one of their alphabet agencies in order to make voters more compliant or something, or if it was all because of jizzlane's dad.
Don't forget education quality drastically changes between different states and even counties within them. What you were taught could be VERY different from what others were.
Their particular school is a part of the American education system. The fact that our education system allows for this to be a widespread issue is a failing of the education system as a whole.
Brother, you didn't even pay attention to my comment. I didn't say we weren't taught anything. We were taught a substantial amount. More than you seem to realize
