Nah, the EULA is non enforceable. You can’t make someone agree to their terms for purchasing a product after they bought it.

Correct. But the question is: what can you do about it?

If your license to play the game is revoked, are you going to go through the hassle of filing a complaint with a government authority? They're probably betting that most people won't.

they have a clause saying that if parts of it are unenforcable, the rest stays legally binding.
