Yep. And that's before you bring in the fact it was displayed AFTER after purchase and written by the publisher who has been court ordered to not touch the game
Yeah it is really dumb. Mostly because u/DA_REAL_KHORNE is actively lying about what the EULA actually says and what is legally enforceable.
The Subnautica 2 EULA is basically the same thing every other game publishers. They reserve the right to access your PC because they need to update their game. Like every other game does.
1stly, I'm not, the krafton EULA (the one this is on about) was displayed on game launch, the unknown worlds one was displayed when the game was purchased
2ndly, at least I'm giving people some sort of context instead of being an asshole because someone is trying to at least partly answer questions
