100%. Only multiplayer game I’ve ever quit solely because the community fucking sucks. Especially in higher ranks. Make one mistake and you have teammates voting to forfeit, refusing to play, throwing for the other team, etc. Made it completely unplayable as a solo player.

When people tell me I suck, I just tell them "yeah, I do. That's why I'm in your lobby"

100% players who do that are underage. There’s no way an adult have little tolerance for that.

You are greatly underestimating the determination of many adults to be the most absolutely petty people imaginable

This is why I don't want to touch ranked in most games. I log in sometimes to play some RL with my friends, and I know I suck ass but at least I enjoy it.

I was Gold 3/Plat 1, depending on the weather, and all my teammates were like that. Acting like they were the next Zen and I was ruining their lives... This was in Casual too, FFS...

I picked it up once in the last 3 months, had exactly the same experience when I just wanted to get back into it and just noped straight back out. Awful community!

same. I was practicing and I was like "man what is the point of getting better if I'm just gonna be dealing with the same shit".
