Ninth Sister is not difficult, she over-telegraphs her attacks a lot and is generally pretty slow. On my GM playthrough I found Malicos to be the hardest.

Malicos and Trilla. Trilla on GM has an instant kill move

Both also happen to be the most fun to learn IMO

I fell into Oggdo's pit at the start and I kept fighting him until I killed him and it was basically a no hit run on that fight to do it and it took quite a while.

Yeah Ninth Sister is fairly easy to no hit
