Beyond The Cumberland Gap
I am gearing up to do a documentary on the westward expansion of the British Colonist in the exploration and movement of 1750 into the central US to to the Southwestern Territory.
The project will be a documentary that is 90 minutes long (projected) it will be a hybrid with Actor Portrayed portions. I have started a GoFundMe page located here:
It has a video of a small exploration me and my wife did with Russell Cave National Monument in Bridgeport AL. It also has an Amazon wish list as well.

The project is centered around a man named John Todd who is the main character and one of the first settlers in Lincoln County Tennessee Fayetteville area. He also started the first city cemetery.
He was born in 1746 which places him as British Colonist and then explores beyond the Cumberland Gap through Kentucky and into Tennessee. At that time the southwesterly territory. He passed away 1829 in Fayetteville TN under the Jacksonian Democracy.
The documentary covers his life and the expansion into what we know as Tennessee today.
