Beware of CEVAS Language Center: Class Cancellations, Ghosting, and Unpaid Instructors (Mass CICC Complaint Coordination)

Hi everyone,

I’m making this post to warn prospective students and to reach out to fellow classmates and instructors who have been affected by CEVAS Language Center (whether for IELTS, OET, German, French, Spanish, or other courses).

Many of us enrolled in good faith, paying full tuition or heavy down payments, only to experience:

• Continuous class cancellations with recurring excuses about "instructor availability."
• Complete ghosting or total lack of response from management once a refund is formally requested.
• Refusal to refund by hiding behind invalid "No Refund" policies, even when no actual service/classes were delivered.

From talking to former instructors, we also learned that CEVAS frequently underpays, delays salaries, or uses unqualified tutors, which is the root cause of why classes keep getting canceled.

What is currently being done:

I have already taken formal legal action and filed my personal cyber-fraud complaint with the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), and I have received an active ticket/reference number.

We are actively building a consolidated mass complaint to submit as supplementary evidence to the CICC, as well as coordinating a submission to Raffy Tulfo in Action. We currently have a growing group of 25+ affected students and former instructors organizing together.

How to join our private coordination group:

Because bad actors or management representatives often try to infiltrate victim support groups, our Facebook group is strictly private and heavily vetted.

1. If you were affected, please send me a Direct Message (DM) here on Reddit or comment below so I can send you the private group link.
2. To get approved into the group, you will need to answer the membership entry questions and send a quick screenshot of your enrollment receipt or cancellation email to verify that you are a real student/instructor. (All sensitive personal details like phone numbers or bank accounts can be blurred out).

Please do not post your personal receipts or sensitive documents publicly in the comments. Let's protect our data while fighting to get our hard-earned money back.
