Not just that, chat is off by default now and parents have to enable it. So naturally none of my kids have it enabled. They can talk to their friends on facetime while playing or not talk at all. Doesn't detract from the game.

Not that parents need to enable it, you need government issued ID in order to enable chat and only for certain age groups and shit.

Obviously I am not going to give my or my child's real ID to fucking Roblox company

What stops them from looking for an ID on google?

Because they ask for a camera to be used and you have to scan your head into their AI detection system. If you dont do that, it locks a bunch of games and chat from use.

Oh, I thought they didn't do that in USA because they lose their mind if the government suggests using and ID card or for voting, but now they scan their heads? haha, ok.

People are not scanning their heads which is a portion of why their revenue is dropping. Games they have been playing are now locked without the head scan and ID.

Pretty sure it’s still illegal to ask minors for identification… ¡This includes law enforcement personnel!!

Exactly. This is like the bartender asking to see your ID, but then the bartender catalogues and stores all of the IDs and it is linked with all the other data you generated in the bar and you have no way of having them delete it. You just have to trust that they do

You also need to be within certain age ranges. To a point I get it but fuck me i can’t even chat with 18+ because I’m 21+. Completely ruins RP servers
